Wow, that must have been awesome.  Now *that's* a great ending.  I was
referring to a habit they have of getting the crowd all pumped up and then
playing something slow at the end.  And I don't mean slow like "Go Down Easy",
I mean slow like "Like a Radio".  There was a stretch there back in 94 or so
when they would end with LaR, and I always thought it was a lousy ender.
That's what I meant by "tradition".  Shelly used to describe it as "cutting
your wrists with a plastic knife".  While I wouldn't go that far, I would still
prefer to end on an energetic song, leaving the crowd wanting more, and making
it easier to stay awake when trying to get home at 2 am or something.  But hey,
YMMV.  No biggie.
