I am a new listee and enjoy lurking -- you all
are a great literate bunch.

On mainstream pop music: My beef with it has
always been the repetitive nature of pop radio.
Yes, the Backstreet Boys and other similar groups
don't make great music, but some of it is decent.
I think I'd listen more if radio didn't play a
song every two hours. Let's be honest, how many
times a day can you hear "Kiss Me" (an excellent
pop tune) without getting sick of it?
