It was apparently made into a big-screen movie twice, in 1956 and 1984,
and into a TV-movie twice, in 1954 and 1965.  The 1984 version had a
soundtrack by the Eurythmics ('Sexcrime' is on their best-of CD).

But it's a Bruckheimer film ... you know, the _Coyote Ugly_ / _Gone in 60
Seconds_ / _Armageddon_ / _Con Air_ guy ...
