for me it's not a suubconscious thing.  i think openly,
"wow, i'd love to have beer on tap in the kitchen and
hear about people putting gineau pigs on the tarmac."

and, "if there's ever an accounting position open
at modal shop, bruce better call me..."  :)

carpeting?  they told me at the leasing office that
apartments don't come with carpeting.  it's standard.
or so they told me.
