i would just like to say, for the benefit of those who have raved about peter mulvey's new cd
(which i have yet to hear...drew, didn't you have links sometime back??...i've misplaced them i
suppose...bad, bad...) that you should check out the solo cd of his background vocalist--jennifer
kimball... wow, i think that's one of the longest sentences i've ever written...well, that
didn't include corporate jargon...
anyway, i was introduced to jennifer kimball's music in november and haven't put it away
since...her cd is called 'veering from the wave'...it's quite good, i think...i mean, how often do
you see someone bold enough to sing a song to the accompaniment of a ukelele?...i think you can
hear excerpts from this cd on amazon.com...

in other news, for those of you who know me, i will be taking a new position in less than two
weeks...i'll be working for reynolds & reynolds...a division called printplayer.com...i'm going to
be an alliance marketing specialist...i'm not quite sure what it entails, but i'm told i'll be a
great asset to the project...i trust people who flatter me...probably one of my fundamental
faults...probably also how i ended up in a car to michigan alone with chris emery last year...but
that is a whole nother story...
