Re: has the list limped to the side of the wrong road?
Bravo DM!! You said exactly what I wanted to say, and phrased it alot
kinder then I could've at this point.
I think that its the off topic conversations that keep me on the list.
I like OTR's music ALOT, and I enjoy discussing other people's
interpretations of it, but if my mail box was filled with that every
day, I'd go nuts. There's alot of intellligent, interesting, and
goodhearted people on the list, and to limit them to only one subject
would be a shame. I'm interested in what they have to say on a ton of
different subjects. We get better insight into one another, and for me
that's what its about. It also gives me a chance to bounce my own
opinions and veiws off of other people with very diverse backgrounds, and
If it weren't for this disscussion list, I wouldn't have that kind of
oppurtunity. Their responces back help me to clarify my veiws on a lot
of things.
And that was my morning sopbox.
