Agreed...LID has a sound unlike the others...after it came out, I was
wondering if the next would be like LID instead of the older ones...but
Miles has more in common with the old ones than LID, I think.  The older
ones tend to be a (as Matthew said) darker...brooding..see Whites Off
Earth Now (1986), for example.  The different sound on the old ones isn't
bad at all...I really like it a lot, actually...Decoration Day on WOEN is
one of my more favorite CBJ tracks.

Yes yes...Black Eyed Man is great in particular (and I have always liked
turning up Murder in the Trailer Park super loud :)

Yes...I think this past tour was a good pairing...they don't have the same
sound by any means, but I think their sounds are very complementary to
each other. (and the bonus is that Linford and Karin fit in wonderfully
when they get on stage with CBJ for some songs)
