if you had kept reading, you would have seen that i did say that dobson (or
whoever--i don't mean to pick on him) can say anything he wants, but he should
be careful.  that's my only point.  i think you are right that everyone is
trying to influence public opinion, but it is a little more persuasive to the
ignorant to say that god is on your side.  i think they should be careful of
the public they are trying to persuade.
