Request from a digest reader

Granted, the issue I'm bringing to the floor may just
bother me but...

When replying to List messages, can everyone please
refrain from quoting whole messages -- please! Only
quote that part of the message that applies to your
response. It really makes a mess of the already long
digest when complete information is repeated.
