Why just kidding?  Every atom in your body was formed in the core of star,
fused from lighter elements, and then flung out into the cosmos when the star
exploded, until they found themselves in a collapsing cloud of gas and dust
which eventually formed the solar system and ... us!  So we (and this computer,
and the house, and the air, and ...) all came from stars.  No kidding!
