Re: family guy

There are at least two of us on the list. Any other region-free junkies out
there? I've got four German movies, two classic BBC sci-fi shows, a Doctor Who
special, and Delicatessen. Does anyone know a good way to find out what's
available in region 2 but *not* in region 1? All the resources I've found go
the other way, and the people that work there are usually pretty baffled by the
idea of an American trying to get european DVDs. ;-)

I like Benson's World. Discount prices and free shipping for overseas orders
(from the UK). I got Delicatessen from them, and they were great: prompt,
friendly (they made sure to confirm with me directly that I could play a region
2 PAL DVD). I ordered Orson Welles's Macbeth, but they seem to have lost the
order. So my like for them is tempered slightly by their success rate. But
for those prices I can take a little unreliability. At least they haven't
tried to charge me for it yet. If they can figure out what happened to my
Macbeth order, I'll see how they do with African Queen.
