I would say that there needs to be some discresion used in the process. I
am not sure that
the bill allows for that and that certainly needs to be addressed.
Certainly, if you had your
passport stolen from you, you would be contacting your embassy for help and
not trying to
hide so you could engage in illegal activity under the radar so to speak.
My original post was not to say that I supported this "Patriot Bill"-I
unequivocally do not. What
my point was is that people here illegally do not have "Constitutional
Rights". We certainly
owe everyone human rights and decency.
