Re: more lack of severe OtR content



Re the article at commondreams.org, I'm a little suspicious of the truth of 
that article.  Not because I don't think the government would want to snoop 
on people.  I'm sure they do that already.  But recruiting 1/24 of the U.S. 
population is quite a massive undertaking.  And then to have enough agents 
to receive and investigate all those claims?  How many government employees 
would that take?  I'm not saying the article is wrong, it just seems that 
such a project would be so big it would be impossible to implement.
