Thanks for all the suggestions. The faire sounds like a pretty cool thing for the kids. I know you have mentioned it in the past Yosie, but I thought for some reason it was way out Philly way and left it at that. It sounds to be in just the right area. I'll have to see how the weekends fit into the schedule.
I had heard that Cleveland had become pretty kid-friendly in recent years as well. Plus Bruce mentioned the whole Detroit/Ft Dearborn thing. I remember seeing some historical battle reenactments up near Niagara Falls but I can't recall if they were stateside or not.
