The Robin Williams version, yes.  I haven't seen the earlier one.  (Odd
trivia bit: Armin Mueller-Stahl co-stars in *both* versions.)

He wasn't entirely b.s.ing, though; as I recall, he had at least *some*
basis to work from, even if he greatly exaggerated his claims.
