i've no problem with  __secret treaties__ either.    in fact,  thanks to the
suggestion,  i went to get it and it's  spinning now.   pulling it out
reminds me of the fun bit of buying BOC albums back in the day when albums
were those big round black things.    Columbia records  (which always seemed
to be  on the conservative side)  would make special labels for their BOC
albums.    maybe one side would be the conventional red with black writing,
but then you'd flip it over   (no,  kids,  don't flip over your cd's--  they
won't play)  and it would be black with red printing.      or something
similar,  but i never bought another album from columbia where they played
with their label.    i can't really imagine that BOC  was a very big seller
for the label,   so it's a little interesting that they'd  do that.

when i opened up this pete yorn thing,   i thought it was kinda neat that
the cd  looked a lot like the paper label columbia used on their  (non-BOC)
albums.    took me back a little.   apparently, i don't have many columbia
records products anymore.     or....they don't do that much like they did
with yorn.

yeah, i liked  London Calling.

when it was time to replace my vinyl __LC__  i went for the __clash on
broadway__ boxset  instead.   it included nearly all of  __LC__.
