DINNER: Tuesday, April 8, 2003

Tonight, we ate well! After getting a second estimate on my car (which was damaged by a car wash), I went to Jungle Jim's where I bumped into my buddy, Chef Doug.

We hung out together while shopping — me for tonight's dinner, Doug for this week's cooking classes — and Doug helped me to finally find Semolina, which we'd tried and tried without success to find in the Jungle.

I came home and prepared:
* Roast Pork Medallions with Balsamic Honey Glaze
* Szchewan Long Beans
* Garlic Roast Potatoes
and
* Strawberry Shortcake

It was good eating!
