Babes, you're probably within your rights to write the place and complain. 
Explain that you _know_ it's a bar, but on music nights, you've paid to see 
AND hear a concert, and management has just as much a responsibility to you 
as to Drunk Chick #3,475.

And send them your dry cleaning bill-- not so they can pay it, but so they 
can see how truly miserable your experience there was. If the manager's taken 
Customer Relations 101, he'll at least offer you a free beer. Which I know 
you'd appreciate.
