I must insist that you immediately drop whatever you're doing, grab your
"Perfecta" cd, put some headphones on, lie down, turn out the lights and
listen to the songs "Relapse", "Every Mother's Way", and "Don't Cry" on
repeat play for 2-4 hours (or until the toothpick can be inserted into
your stomach and come out clean).
