Random observation thingees

Thoughts from yet another road trip to Cincinnati:

It's very difficult to take a nap while driving with other people in the
car. How very annoying.

Jack's Valentine needs to be sung by Linford. Karin doing lead AND backup
vocals (even with help from loud and inconsiderate audience members such
as myself) doesn't quite work.

I made it through the whole weekend without making a single person cry.

Jan, the CD you lapped is 40 minutes long, so your story might just have
lasted an hour.

Debbie, please get in touch with me, I MUST have a copy of that picture I
took of Bruce on your camera. I'm starting up a website and that photo is
going to be on the front page.

Camcorder batteries are the most frustrating things on the planet. They
always go dead just before all the good stuff happens.

Bruce, you knew there would be people sleeping on your floor, the least
you could have done was clear a little space.

Bruce is also one heck of a cook at 4:30 in the morning.

Moonlite Gardens is indeed a pretty decent venue for a concert.

There is actually some kindness left in the world. Fifteen miles after
leaving my CD case in a McDonalds parking lot in The-Middle-Of-Nowhere,
Indiana, I turn around to find that some lovely person actually turned
it in to the manager. It would have been a real bummer trying to replace
the three unreplaceable CDs I was silly enough to want to hear on the
trip.

So what exactly happens if Monk plays Circle Of Quiet next weekend?

So that's what a Drew mojo is.

Jeff
