I don't see any connection between the two.  The two killers were driven by
other things, and I don't see how you can somehow point a finger at South
Park for this one.

Most of CCM mimics the glossy pop of Top40, etc... so, many times artistic
freedom, integrity, etc is far from the artists' minds... There's some good
in it, but there's also a lot of CRAP in it.  Just like the mainstream
market...

I'd probably choose differently.  Actually, there's no probably about it.
BOTH are pretty chock-full of propaganda and quite gimmicky... but at least
Marilyn Manson knows that he's in it for the gimmick of it, and he seems to
have some more thought behind it.  Carman is just trite...
