been there. done that. how about even living in an apartment without
a/c and only one 15 amp fuse for the entire place in humid 90-something
degree weather?

also been there. done that. the fuse box actually caught fire and the 
landlord was extremely hot and bothered...so hot the "perfume" bottle 
exploded!!!
