Hey, we should all have a say in it...  You have as much input as anyone!!

As I see it:  Legally, it's fine.  I'm handling licenses, publishing rights 
thru HFA and will get UPC/distribution thru cdbaby probably.

Conceptually, it'd be nice to tell Linford/Karin/Ric since they are the 
songwriters and it'd just be "nice to know".  :)

As far as charity, I'm suggesting asking the band if they have one they'd 
like it to go to, otherwise a Over-the-Rhine soup kitchen or general 
Over-the-Rhine improvement society would be an ideal recipient.
