woo~hoo!!

hi.

imagine, for a moment, that you are me. as me, you like lots of bands, but
you really, really like Over the Rhine and you really, really like Anne E.
DeChant.

Now, imagine that you were me and was at an Anne E. DeChant gig in Kent and
you heard Anne announce that her band was going to open for Over the Rhine
when they play Cleveland on June 6th at Peabody's Down Under.

Now, imagine that you're me and you're just going "woo~hoo!" all over the
place, giddy with excitement at this news.

woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
am i done yet? no, i don't think so...
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
woo~hoo!
i swear, if i rub my little hands together much longer i won't have any
fingerprints left!

oh, and thanks to Tim and Jessyka for making the long and arduous trip to
catch Anne E. with me. Jessyka, i hope you liked her! it's been a year
in the making....
DM and Miss Jen were there; i was happy to catch Miss Jen singing along a
few times.
Dearly Beloved thinks Tim is absolutely adorable; a real keeper. I was
thinking, "he looks like some rock star...but who?" and finally it came to
me: Thurston Moore from Sonic Youth.

oh, please go to the show.
oh, please go
oh, please go.
