here is a little secret, Russia can not afford to move its military out of
its own borders. and if somehow, by an act of miracle, they do get their
miliary over there, their equipments are ill maintained and probably won't
work. their soldiers, ever since the break up, are underpaid, undertrained
and ill equipped. Russia is now a third rate power. and since they are so
depend on the west's foreign aid, they will do exactly NOTHING. Here are
their choices, fight for someone else and starve or make some noises as to
appease the Yugoslaves and still get food from the US. anyone care to guess
which one the Russians are going to take? As far as nuclear weapons go,
Russians know that if they go nuclear, we will go nuclear too, and everyone
dies. Mutually Assured Destrutction, sounds familiar? They are not all
that altruistic as to committ national suicide for the sake of the
Yugoslaves.
and geo-political lesson #2: as far as the Chinese goes, i can tell you,
there are few people on this earth that the Chinese hate and mistrust more
than the Russians. and vise versa. China would never go into a war with
Russia as an allie or on behalf of russia or Yugoslavia. Not since the big
break the two countries had in the 1960s. and on the economics side, the
US is China's number 1 trading partner. Get the drift? China will NOT
endanger its economy and foreign trade over some europeans whom they regard
as barbarians and care nothing about.
