bootlegs available?

if there are otr bootlegs available i would appreciate any info on how 
to go about aquiring these shows in particular:  Good Dog Bad Dog cd 
release party at Cornerstone; Cowboy Jukies/OTR at the Tabernacle in 
Atlanta and H.O.B. in New Orleans; Cornerstone 98 show; IS Fest shows;  
any of the Vigilantes/OTR shows at the 40 watt; and any other gems not
