Hey all,
This otr discussion is good.
I think "Dusty Vol." said it best! It doesn't matter if people notice if
God is being glorified or not. The fact is that HE is!!!
And when other christians see that, they rejoice too.
All of God's creation glorify's Him whether people notice or not. It's
only by God's grace that any of us are alive.
Go OTR. More power (God's power) to ya!!!
I don't really know if any member in OTR is a christian or not, but if
they are then they most definitely glorified God through the song they
played.
That Linford quote sounded like he is searching for truth, but doesn't
want to find it. 'Cause where's the fun once the journey is over? It
seems he is more into the journey of truth then wanting to find it. He
says the it's a struggle for him to express his faith. I don't know
whether he means in songwriting or in living, but he best way to express
faith in living is to obey God through good and bad times. I can't really
say that this is what Linford is living, cause i can't see into his
heart. Only God knows.
Well anyway, finding truth and clinging to it is way better. It gives
meaning to life. There is only one true bases for living. IF every one
has their own way to truth, which is impossible, then there is no truth.
The person who created truth must make the rules on how to get to truth,
and how to live it out.
