Letterman
So, I read all these posts (finally) about how the Cowboy Junkies ended up not
being on Letterman on Wednesday. That's both good and bad.
I had a party on Wednesday, since Daddy went away for a couple of days, so
after Kennywood closed everyone showed up on my doorstep. Well, I turned on
Letterman at 11:30 (most people didn't get there until 12:00.....I think the
park closed at 11:30, but I was off), and I forced everyone to watch it. By
that time I was more than a little drunk, and I'd get up to play hostess, and
I was *convinced* that I missed it every time.
Well, it's 12:15, and I look at my TV, and it was solid black with green wavy
lines on it. I was *not* happy with it at all.
So, I'm glad that I didn't miss the Junkies and OtR because of my TV being on
the fritz. I missed it because of work instead. That's always positive.
*rolls eyes*
