No, I don't think that it's a "bad" route to follow. I agree, it would
lead to financial comfort, which is quite nice. Of course, there are
those pieces of stardom that aren't desirable, but... well, that's not
the point.
I didn't mean for it to sound as I DON'T want them to be the VH-1,
pop-radio jewels. A part of me DOES want that for them. Not only for
that financial security, but because that would mean that their music
could be more easily heard and found by those who would adore them now,
'tho have yet to have heard of them.
I often introduce them to friends, and several have fallen in love with
them as I have. I agree, having a wonderful secret to share is part of
the joy of knowing the secret.
