re: Dusty's got his handfull

hi all.
elmo writes, " Hey, JG, back
me up on this, baby. "

huh-uh. don't involve me in this scheme of yours.
here's why:   i *did* fall for the "Karin in Canada to score Cubans" story.  {well, you guys are the authority on OtR.  So, if you say so, it could be true.}

when the "cigar guy" comes to work {picture the guy in the trench coat in NYC --no, not *that* guy! the *other* guy, who opens up his coat and to its liner are pinned a hundred watches for you to buy} to sell cigars to the owner kid, i ask him how much i can buy a cuban for. (there was an otr concert coming up soon, thought that'd make a nice gift.) Luckily, $50 was more than i felt like spending on a gift for Karin, so i didn't buy one (sorry, Karin).
Then, later on in life, i ask Karin about her affinity for Cuban Cigars and she says she's never tried one in her life! see, so there'd been a fifty wasted! not to mention that she'd probably think "what the heck is he givin' me a cigar for? is he nuts?" and Terri would say, "he professes his love to me but gives Karin the gifts? is he nuts?"

Now somebody's gonna read your story, take you as an authority on OtR, work up the nerve to go talk to Linford, and say, "can i see your tattoo?" and embarass themselves forever.

so,  Hey, JG, back
me up on this, baby; no can do, elmo. you sail this ship alone, skipper. This Gilligan's not going along for this ride!
