the list isn't hungry...

any message with "-outgoing8" as an suffix to the
recipient doesn't go to the list, but it gets
posted to the web.

this used to be the only way that i could get an
email through, due to my work's security...

that's the only reason i know.

i am not the Viagra spammer, mind you.
