I am amused that Mel Gibson can get devout religious people -- notoriously
difficult to get into movie theaters -- to watch the most violent film ever
made.
uh huh.
on sunday(i know... how cliche) a friend and i had plans to see it, but it
was sold out until 7 p.m. that evening.
the parking lot was filled with large buicks and mini-vans dropping off old
ladies. totally rubbed me the wrong way.
ended up seeing '50 First Dates' which i thought was alrite... pretty funny.
anyhoo - i'm looking forward to seeing it. i often forget about the actual
physical pain that went on. whether it's completely accurate or not... i'm a
little anxious to see the violence and all. i think it's a good thing, but
then again - i haven't seen how bloody it is. ???
not sure how i feel about the whole mel gibson thing.
