You're looking for Brownhouse.  Their old website is
http://listen.to/brownhouse.  Kim Nixon (the girl that sang for them, I
believe), has a website that the OtR site linked to awhile back:
http://www.geocities.com/kimnixononline/.  It looks like Brownhouse may no
longer be a band, but Kim Nixon's still pursuing a sort of solo thing.  But
that's all just speculation based on the websites.
