to have a catalogue of work like these two have... to have worked with so many wonderful musicians and producers and co-headliners ...to have kept a vigilant eye on details as simple as consistent photography throughout their packaging (Michael rocks; DNoTY is the only CD cover of theirs that kind of ‘doesn’t fit in the oeuvre’) ... their (real or apocryphal) three-hour-long sound checks, retaining control over their own tour (we’ve seen this recently) and thus control over their lives amidst an industry that has bands for brunch...

smells like sweet success to this little duck.
