yes, but the trouble is, I don't remember this.
...Drew? does the being linked with the Hive (tm) involve some memory
loss? are there any other h! armful side-effects, like groggyness, insomnia,
hypersomnia, or dizziness?

That all-morning trip to the emergency room must have been surgically
removed from your brain, then. Tell me, do you at least remember making
the bathtub look like an outtake from Psycho?

I'll assume it was a further Hive influence that made you quote the
ENTIRE digest, right?

Sigh. HiveKids these days....

Yeah, Pedro the lion!
I have seen him several times over the past seven or so years (might I say he has a lot less hair nowdays). Actually I am quite shocked he doesn't have a Portland date coming up, he is down here several times a year.

Subject: moondogs

So, is anyone else going to the show at Moondog's tomorrow night? I'll be
there, and i'm dragging my boy along, too.

... Does anyone have any idea how to get to this place, anyway? I'm
trusting in mapquest here, and i'm not convinced that's the best of ideas.

I'm e! xcited, though -- i haven't seen OtR since, er, CStone... '98, i
think. And i've never seen them at an indoor concert (two CStones and one
PapaFest)... i have to admit some degree of concern about this whole 'pub'
concept, though. I Hate Hate Hate cigarette smoke. Must remember to take
my asthma inhaler before going. Erg.

Sadly, i will not have finished my experiment in corset*-making by then,
so i'm not yet sure what i'll be wearing. Also, i suppose i'll have to
dress for it being in the 70s when i go into the concert, and in the 50s
when i leave. Pittsburgh weather is so very, very odd.

Oh, and one last thing: does OtR accept credit cards at their shows? I
expect to be acquiring some schtuff, so i should figure out if i need to
stop by an ATM tomorrow.

*okay, so it's really just a tight-fitting boned top, but not quite
tight enough to be a corset. but it's my first attempt at such,
regardless, and i won'! t have finished by tomorrow evening, since i'm not
I was going to go to moondogs but i have to work.  Man i wish the show was on a friday night or saturday.  Oh well...i might see them over thanksgiving break.  But then again i might not.  I really wish i could see karen and linford live way more often.  They are so intoxicating....sigh.  Well i hope that someone else at least gets to go see karen and linford at moondogs tonight.  Hey maybe someday i will see one of you guys there?  Rachel...you are going to be in for a treat.  It is so intimate to see them at moondogs.  It is very very nice...and does their music justice.  I don't think i could ever see OtR outside...it just wouldn't be the same.  Well i hope that you have a great time.  I know you will...don't worry if you get lost.  Karen and Linford will just walk in front of your car like they did to me and my friend..and you'll know you are in the right area.  By the way that was cool!
Take care,
Shelley
