Hey Troy,

Thanks a lot for your thoughtful e-mail.

We completely and totally understand why people are anxious to receive
their copy of OHIO because (1) we (the Paste guys) are among the
"fanatical" OtR fans that you mentioned in your e-mail, and (2) Over the
Rhine's OHIO is arguably the greatest accomplishment of the band's
career up to this point.

We noted on our website that pre-orders would ship two days ago, on the
18th, which is when we received them in our warehouse. I realize that
we should have been clearer in our communication, explaining that, due
to the staggering number of pre-orders for the album, our warehouse
would not be able to ship them all in a single afternoon. We have been
in contact with Logistech, our warehouse in NC, and they have assured us
that they are working hard to try and ship out the remaining orders
today.

We can't tell you how much we appreciate everyone's support and
understanding. Linford and Karin have some of the most devoted fans
we've ever come across and we are overjoyed to be able to offer an
autographed copy of OHIO (with a few extra goodies thrown in!) to reward
the people who have supported their music most passionately.

We're getting them out as quickly as possible, and appreciate your
patience.

Humbly,
Jason
