Phillips DC servo-driven platter.  No pre amp, Audio-Technica cartridge and stylus, very light tracking.  Needs a very good house ground, though, or the 60-cycle buzz is far too evident.  I use it primarily to transfer indie 7" vinyls and out-of-print Neil Young to hard drive.

Hmmm, maybe a vinyl "Ohio" IS in order.  It sounds way warm on MP3... i bet the analog would set the house afire.  (looking for muh S/O...)  Oh Honey, come here and listen to this....
