friday night i watched the movie 'heaven' w/ cate blanchett and
giovani ribisi.  i'd highly recommend this movie for your movie
night ken, and don too.

it was written by Krzysztof Piesiewicz, who wrote and directed
the 'three colors' movies 'blue', 'white' and 'red' (which i
finally saw a couple months ago - sometimes waiting for movies
to be released on dvd is so worth it).  and directed by tom
tykwer who wrote and directed 'run lola run'.  

it was just beautiful.  i'm not going to say more, just consider
it.  and if you don't choose it for movie night, see it anyway.
