Hello, good people. :)


Life has been crazy lately, and for like the first time ever... i haven't 
kept up with the list. *gasp* (Take a moment to get back in your chair). :)

I can't believe I didn't write a review for the Canal Street shows!! 
Seriously kids, we are dealing with musical geniuses(is that a word?). 
Anyhoo - those shows were the greatest things in the world. Very needed at 
the time. I'm pretty sure you all got the setlists and such.
Oh!! BRIAN SCHURMBWHATEVER, I MUST HAVE THOSE BOOTLEGS. :) (sorry can't 
remember how to spell your name) Welcome back from Africa, dude. And I 
cannot believe you didn't stop by the merch table and introduce yourself!!! 
Geez, man. That better never happen again! ;)
Canal Street Tavern is my fav place to see OtR. And the staff are the nicest 
people in the world. They really are. I enjoy working the merch table quite 
a lot  - especially there, and especially b/c they gave me free coke and 
pretzels. :)
I also enjoyed talking with Jeff Grantham and Micheal(former listee/ebay 
freak/OtR groupie). Jeff is the icon of coolness, and Micheal is just plain 
generous. Thanks, guys. :)

Well, the boyfriend got back to N.C. safely on May 19 as planned. The next 
day I couldn't take it anymore and made the 14 hour trip to surprise him. 
Anyhoo, to make a long story a little shorter... we decided to stop at the 
Akron show on the way home. We talked with Karin and Linford a coupla times 
before the show and got roped into selling merch. It was all good. Those 
seats were probably better than any other seats we would have gotten. 
Honestly, I think that show was my least fav. Too many loud people. 
Normally, I don't mind big crowds and loud people... but we were just really 
really tired, I guess. I was excited to meet a lot of folks from the list. I 
met Tim, and Raven... and a few others. And then Kristen(HI!!!) and hubby 
were there...  she stopped by to congratulate me and Joe about the 
'engagement'. I say 'engagement' b/c Karin introduced Joe as my fiance. He's 
not... yet. :) We shared quite a laugh over it b/c we had just looked at 
rings the nite before...
Karin thought we might be engaged by the end of the nite anyway b/c we had a 
jacuzzi in our room. (talk about turning a few shades of red!!) :) 
Anyhoo!!...

Well, I guess I'll stop rambling. Basically, I just wanted to post. :)

Oh, wait! Guess where I visited this weekend!! ... New Orleans!! Not just 
New Orleans, but the French Quarter of New Orleans!! Oh man... it was the 
coolest. We were only there for a little more than an hour... b/c we had to 
get back on the road... but wow!! I can't wait to go back.
OtR content - we threw in one of the bootlegs with 'Jesus in New Orleans'.
