Apparently not, really. I mean, y'all Ohioans would have to tell me 
otherwise, but I don't have much of one. I was raised on PBS and lived a 
while in England, so I don't have an English lilt, but I don't have much 
of a twang, either.

And I'm verrry careful with my As, as in "water" and "scanner." Though 
I'll admit the former sometimes slips into Phillyisms.
