Best tacos I have ever had were at a small store front Taco Stand in the 
Mission District in San Francisco.  It was on a sunny September Sunday late 
morning.  The Tacos were made with soften corn tortillas, actually two of 
them layered together.  Then you chose your filling.  I got steak, my wife go 
chicken.  Then you got that great Mexican white cheese,  fresh pico de gallo 
(diced onions, tomatoes, red & green sweet pepper, lime juice and cilantro) 
and sour cream or quac plus hot sauce.  No lettuce.  These were great.
