Best tacos I have ever had were at a small store front Taco Stand in the
Mission District in San Francisco. It was on a sunny September Sunday late
morning. The Tacos were made with soften corn tortillas, actually two of
them layered together. Then you chose your filling. I got steak, my wife go
chicken. Then you got that great Mexican white cheese, fresh pico de gallo
(diced onions, tomatoes, red & green sweet pepper, lime juice and cilantro)
and sour cream or quac plus hot sauce. No lettuce. These were great.
