Re: The Innocence Mission (No OTR content)

I've heard some of their stuff. I like it. Don't they have a song called
Spinning? And isn't there a song titled Spinning on the Cutting Room Floor?
Hmmm.

And...aren't you the guy I met at the merch table at Canal Street? :) Cool.

OK, I have to completely agree--the Innocence Mission is incredible, and did anyone notice that Happy and Free from the Cutting Room Floor is dedicated to Karen Paris (of Innocence Mission?)  I haven't been reading the list for a while (real busy) but after a quick glance, didn't see it, so I figured I'd post it.  This makes me so happy, because I didn't know the two bands had any connection.  I was equally happy when Natalie Merchant had Karen Paris sing on Ophelia, and when Julie Miller had her sing on Blue Pony.  It's wonderful to see great artists working together.  Now Natalie and OTR need to do something together, since Buddy and Julie have been known to "do things" with OTR.

Just got CRF today in the mail with ASWR and Besides.  Haven't listened to any of them yet, though.  Can't wait!!!!

Not sure how many of you are into The Innocence Mission, but just thought
I'd make it known that starting this month they are also doing an MP3 rarity
on their site. If you haven't heard them, great chance to pick up some of
their music.
