well, in this particular case, i think it's ok. since the band isn't
currently selling serpents and gloves, any money that kylie (or anyone
else) would've spent buying it would not have gone to over the rhine
anyway. it would have gone to whoever was selling it on ebay or any other
second-hand shop.
