Re: REVIEW

Last night was good fun all around. We were the second group up, so unfortunately we played before K&L arrived. Other than that, no complaints at all. The washtub bass is a big hit everywhere it goes. Props again to my dad for building the thing back in his college days. Go dad.

Biggest surprise, I think, were the guys who sang up in Karin's octave. Carl Shephard, I think it was, tossing up high C's in "When I Go." Whew! About half of the acts were one guitar, one voice, which was cool. Our little trio was the second largest group all night.

That Karma is a crazy piece of machinery. In rehearsal Ang had techno beats all over the place just pushing three buttons. Just didn't seem to fit into "Bothered," though, not sure why. Next time we'll try harder.

5 hours of sleep = luxury! :)
