If you're referring to the TCBC* 120.3 Subsection D, I'm exempt, having
logged enough "total mileage driven along dusty Texas backroads" to be
irrevocably Texan.

*Texas Carbonated Beverage Clause 120.3 Subsection *E*, on the other hand,
might give some of the more litigious members of the list cause for alarm,
but only at 10, 2 and 4.

Y'all come down some time for a coke. like maybe sprite. ;)
