Mmm...I don't know. I think they went through a period where yes, they
really were that laid-back, but then I remember the TLA show here last
summer (summer before?) or the last Tin Angel show and I have to think,
well, no, that's not always the case. I think that after a few years of
mellowness, they really have gotten some zip back.
Which ties into what someone said about audience feedback a while ago--
yeah, it's nice to groove out and absorb the vibe, but when we started
cheering and hooting during that last Tin Angel show, Karin was
delighted. Or so she swore. Uh oh. Now I'm paranoid.
Karin-- does it bust your vibe, so to speak, when people whoop and
holler? Do you prefer a more sedate crowd? Or should we rope Dug back in
for another conga line? (Even though I've yet to recover from the last
one....)
