most-excellent progfest in Holmdel, NJ

anybody located in Holmdel, NJ?  anybody near there?
anybody know anything about such a juicy concert that
will match up Dream Theater, Joe Satriani, and King's
X all in the same day (Friday, Sept 13th, 2002)?

anybody in the Cincinnati or Dayton area want to go
on a roadtrip?

we could stop by Jay & Silent Bob's Secret Stash and
the Leonardo Quick Stop while we're out there (Red
Bank & Leonardo, NJ aren't too far away, I don't
think).

haha... just kickin' around thoughts...
