Re: Over-The-Rhine Digest V3 #1204

I'm living in San Antonio, where we have a nice zoo, and no linfords in
captivity (nor any domesticated lindfords) to my knowledge. So Cincy has one
up on me.

I was feeling the same way as most of the posts about zoos until I recently
took my son's kindergarten class on a field trip to the zoo. What had been
for decades a boring experience became new and vivid through the eyes of
these little guys who saw fit to drag me from exhibit to exhibit (i had,
with another chaperone, four little guys who each had their own zoological
agenda. snakes are Important Things.) Snakes, Gibbons, Elephants and Kimodo
Dragons won the popularity contest. The whole day was educational and made
me more interested in visiting the ecosystems from whence whey originated.
So I'll give da whole thing a thumbs-up.

Someone ask Drew about the review he's working on.

gota git back to work.
all i need is everything,
Paul

np: Monk-WinterWaltz.mp3 on my new iPod. Wooty-Wooty_Woot-a-Toot!
