yeah, i really dig Pedro a lot. it's one of those things where i heard of them (him), snagged a few mp3's, and now i'm just on the lookout for a used disc (i just hate paying full price for anything). I would so love to get the tabs for "if they really get to know you. . ."
I had a couple mp3's of Godspeed YBE too, but i had to wipe my hard drive and lost everything (way, way boo hoo). to be honest, i can't remember what they sounded like . . . i had so many artists that i liked and they were all lumped together on random. I think, and i could be really wrong, that their new album was very reminicent of a Spiritualized (Live From Royal Albert Hall) meets Sigur Ros . . . all instrumental.

I'm so excited that other people have heard of Pedro. My suitemates love them. His
music is soo honest and it does hold so much emotion, which is I guess something I
like about OTR as well. and the music is very organic feeling, no frills. I love
"if they really get to know you they will run". Maybe it's because I often get
caught up in primp-o-mania, and it's so true, in a satirical kind of way. I haven't
heard of Godspeed You Black Emperor. Would I like it?
