ok, itotally have the same problem . . . it seems like whenever i eat cereal, or any other bread-type thing, i get that too.
I LOVE cereal at night. Problem is, if I eat it in
the evening, my esophagus goes into spastic fits about
an 30 minutes or an hour after I go to bed.
No fun...
